Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

Laurisha Jewellery will ship anywhere in Australia and New Zealand; other destinations overseas by negotiation. All domestic orders will be shipped using Australia Post Express Post. International shipments will be done via Australia Post International Courier Service.

Laurisha Jewellery will provide the shipment number to each client. All goods will be dispatched once full payment is made and completed if custom ordered.

For purchases made direct from our website, shipping will be processed within 48 hours of purchase, providing the item purchased is in stock and resizing / changes are not required.

If the item is not in stock or requires changes, Laurisha Jewellery will contact customer within 24 hours to discuss shipping arrangements.

Shipping cost depends on location, speed and security and will be advised at checkout or directly from one of Laurisha Jewellery’s team members during sale procedure.

Laurisha Jewellery is guided by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission www.accc.gov.au and the Qld Government Department of Fair Trade https://www.qld.gov.au/law/fair-trading

Please choose carefully, custom made jewellery cannot be returned or refunded.  All items are made to order therefore exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind.

Laurisha Jewellery can however make minor changes to your design, within reason, even after we have started making your piece.

If you are unhappy with the workmanship provide by Laurisha Jewellery, all efforts will be made to fix the piece within reason.
